K-12 Outreach Program

About our Outreach Teams

The College of Engineering at the University of Utah is committed to doing our part to excite and encourage the next generation of scientists and engineers. With the support of the National Science Foundation, we have developed a robust outreach program. This program consist of teams of experienced college students who travel to local schools and community events to explain engineering subjects, describe the college experience, and conduct interesting and educational demonstrations.

Our outreach program is a team of students who conduct K-12 school visits, create teaching modules, run summer camps, and travel to reach rural communities.
