Teamwork - Percentage adjusts the proposal, final formal report, and proposal success score by multiplying into one quarter of the points received on each.

| 25% - | Effort - My team member is a hard worker. They put in their fair share of effort and took on an appropriate percentage of the tasks needed to complete the lab work and written reports. When working on the project, they took our work seriously and remained focused on the tasks at hand. |

They resolved differences professionally and diplomatically and were concerned about the consensus of the group. |
