What is a uNid?

A uNid is your university assigned ID, it consits of 8 digits and starts with the letter "u". If you only know your university ID in this form: 01234567 just drop the first "0" and add the letter "u". So the uNid for our example would be u1234567

What is a prox#

You will have a prox number only if you have a "newer" Ucard. To find the Prox number take your ucard and flip it over to the back, you *should* see a string of numbers that starts with "2*" the numbers after the "*" is your prox#. If you do not have a Prox# you will need to get a new ID Card at the UCard Office. The closest one to MEB is located inside the Union Building.

How long does it take until I can use the doors

This form is not attached to the uCard system, it just allow the CHE IT group to track requests in one central place. We then manually add the account to the door control.
