Students win $100,000 at the regional CU Cleantech New Venture Challenge

Chemical Engineering MS/MBA student, Ameya Chaudhari, and his team finished in first place at the Cleantech New Venture Challenge for their work with Quantum Dots.  Their work was in collaboration with the U’s Dept of Chemistry.  See:

Ameya works with Professor John McLennan in Chemical Engineering looking for potential diluents and/or microbial pour point reduction methods for the Uinta Basin’s black wax.
