Chemical Engineering, University of Utah

Graduate Program

Program Overview

Welcome to the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Utah. Our program is proud to offer our MS and PhD students the type of a high-quality graduate-level education that will prepare them for rewarding careers in both industry and academia. The research strengths of our department allow our graduate researchers to gain a wide variety and depth of training in both traditional and cutting edge fields of chemical engineering. A sample of ongoing research may be seen in our latest publications.

Our research program is well-regarded and well-funded, and recently ranked 5th in the nation in federal research and development funding. This level of funding allows us to comfortably support our students and allows our students, in turn, to better focus on their education and research.

Thank you for visiting our site, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
