The Salt Lake Petroleum Section (SLPS) of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) is pleased to offer the Richard E. Wyman Scholarship in the amount of $2000 to select students pursuing an engineering or geoscience degree that could lead to a career in the Oil and Gas Industry. The scholarship is for the 2014-2015 academic year and to receive the monetary award the recipient must enroll as a full time student for the 2014 Fall Semester. Residents from the SLPS service area, including parts of Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and Wyoming, are eligible to apply for this award.
